By purchasing and accessing the BouDIY® Rain Overlay Pack, you agree to the following terms:

You are granted a non-transferable license to use the included rain overlay files for your own business use, including client work, portfolio images, marketing content, and personal projects. You may use the overlays across multiple images and sessions as part of your creative workflow.

However, you may not sell, trade, share, redistribute, upload, or claim ownership of the overlay files provided by BouDIY®. These files may not be repackaged, modified for resale, or used as a base to create derivative products intended for distribution or commercial gain.

All overlay files, instructional content, and related materials remain the sole intellectual property of GlamMarr® Studios Inc. Unauthorized distribution, duplication, teaching, or use of this material beyond the terms outlined above is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
