By checking the box and completing your purchase, you ("the Purchaser") agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your order.

1. Scope of Agreement

This agreement governs the purchase, access, and use of all digital products provided by BouDIY®, specifically including the JUICE Preset System (compatible with Adobe Lightroom) and the accompanying BouDIY® Educational Course(s) (collectively referred to as "the Products").

2. Digital Products & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of the JUICE Preset System and the Course material, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable.

Presets: You are responsible for downloading, saving, and backing up your preset files within 72 hours of purchase.
Course Access: Access to the course material is granted strictly to the email address used at checkout.

3. Single-User, Non-Transferable License

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products.

This license is exclusively for the individual purchaser.
You may not share, distribute, transfer, or gift access to the JUICE presets or the course login credentials to any third party in any form, whether digital or physical.

4. Prohibition on Resale and Derivative Works

You are strictly prohibited from selling, reselling, licensing, renting, or creating derivative works based on either the JUICE Preset System or the Course content.

The presets are intended solely for your personal or professional use in producing finished images.
The course materials are intended solely for your personal educational development. Commercial exploitation of the educational frameworks, materials, or presets themselves is strictly forbidden.

5. Intellectual Property

All presets, course videos, texts, guides, graphics, and accompanying materials are the sole intellectual property of BouDIY® and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and immediate termination of product access without a refund.

6. Liability Waiver & Disclaimer

Technical & Compatibility: BouDIY® assumes no responsibility for technical issues, software compatibility concerns (including Adobe Lightroom updates), or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the JUICE presets or course platforms.
Results Disclaimer: Educational course content is for informational purposes only. BouDIY® does not guarantee specific artistic or financial results from implementing the course strategies.
Release: By purchasing and using these products, you agree to release and hold harmless BouDIY® from any and all liability, claims, or damages associated with their use.
