1. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

1.1. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, lighting diagrams, gear lists, and instructional content, are the exclusive property of BouDIY® and are protected under copyright laws.

1.2. Client is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Training for their own education and business development.

1.3. The Client agrees not to:

  • Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Training materials.
  • Upload, stream, or post course content on any platform, website, or social media.
  • Share login credentials or grant access to non-purchasers.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

2.1. The Client agrees to keep all Training content confidential and use it only for their personal learning.

2.2. Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials will result in immediate revocation of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

3. No Refund for Breach

3.1. If the Client is found violating this Agreement, they forfeit any refund eligibility and will have all access to the Training revoked immediately.

4. Enforcement & Legal Action

4.1. The Provider reserves the right to pursue legal action for any unauthorized distribution or infringement of intellectual property.

4.2. The Client agrees that any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States.

5. Agreement Acknowledgment

By purchasing and accessing the Training, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms in this Service Agreement.
